Data and security

RightsDesk is built privacy-first: your data is stored in the EU (Germany), encrypted in transit, and isolated per customer. AI features are provided by a third-party AI provider and are handled under that provider's terms; we do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and your account data can be deleted on request. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy, and data processing for client agencies is governed by our Data Processing Agreement under UK/EU GDPR (Art. 28).

Intellectual property

All content and software making up RightsDesk — text, graphics, logos, designs, templates, models and code — is the property of Fondera or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. The rights, contract, contact and royalty records you enter remain yours. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

Privacy and terms

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Use of RightsDesk is governed by our Terms of Service. Both are available from the footer of this site.
